I recently had the pleasure of working with an exceptional real estate agent, Tommy Barker, eXp of Monterey Real Estate, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding service and expertise provided throughout the entire process. From the initial consultation to the final closing, this agent exemplified professionalism, stellar communication skills, attention to detail, and an impressive wealth of knowledge. I wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone in search of a dedicated and knowledgeable real estate professional. Throughout our collaboration, Tommy consistently displayed exemplary communication skills. He promptly responded to...

Tommy has amazing energy! He thoroughly researched the properties we viewed before making a decision, pointing out the positives and advising on possible negatives in each property. His follow-up is prompt and thorough. I also appreciate his knowledge of local real estate, which allowed him to explain the larger picture in different locations. Tommy has good contacts, which is such an asset when it comes to mortgage recommendations and even assistance with small household projects. I am very happy with Tommy's representation and support.

Very good agent and helpful. Hopefully we will work together. He has to refer me to an agent in the Moro Bay area, in a rural area, so that the USDA will approve my loan for our house for farm operations.
